ACCESSORIALS

Chassis Fee:  $30/day 
Chassis Flip:  $50
Chassis Split Fee:  $95 CP Ben, $75 all other ramps
Customer and Ramp Detention 2 Hour Free - to unload/load:  $75/hour
Layover:  $250 
Pre-pull Fee:  $150 (no pre pull charges if LFD today and APPT is the next day)
Reefer Fee:  $100 
Scale Charge:  $75 (empty and loaded)
Storage Fee:  $35/day
Weekend Delivery:  ​$50
